Collecting tenant debt is often an area where management companies can quickly increase profit, by improving their management and collection procedures. I am available to review and assess current procedures, then recommend meaningful improvements to increase profit.
I also assist investor landlords by phone or email on a case by case basis. As travel allows, I am available to speak to landlord and apartment associations.

Hi Bill, I was at your seminar recently at the apartment associaion tradeshow in milwaukee, wi. I have a tenant I want to try your system on, but am very computer illiterate and not sure how to do this.. I have the 5 day notice, the lease, the utility letter and this tenant basically owes me two months %800 mo. or $1600 total for non notification to vacate. I have previous address and employment at the time she abandoned the apartment on 5-1-09. Help! Thanks! Jerry B.
